Past invoices are snapshots. A price change next month cannot silently alter the PDF you sent last month.
03 · A deliberate boundary
It will not become your bookkeeping system.
RepeatInvoice does not currently collect customer payments, reconcile a bank account, submit VAT returns or replace an accountant. That boundary keeps setup short and the product legible for people who only need invoices to go out reliably.

Does RepeatInvoice replace Xero, FreeAgent or QuickBooks?
No. RepeatInvoice is a focused recurring invoicing tool, not a full bookkeeping or accounting suite.
Can it send invoices automatically?
Yes. Once live email delivery is enabled for your account, each scheduled occurrence generates a PDF and emails it to the customer automatically.
Can I use it for one-off invoices?
The product is designed around work that repeats. You can send an active repeat immediately, but general one-off invoicing is not the core workflow.
